FEMA sending out rebate letters for trailers

Published: Jul 14, 2009 – UPDATED: 11:40 a.m. NEW ORLEANS (AP) — FEMA is sending out 1,385 rebate letters to 2005 hurricane victims who paid more than $5 for their federally issued trailers or mobile homes.
