WOW!!! I can't believe that the police department would go on record and say that this officer was in the limits of the law. You can also see the officer repeatedly punching the guy in the back of his head and strangling him. Sure, he swallowed something but does this give him the right to murder the guy. What a little bitch of a cop. Must have been beat up in school "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT!" whap whap whap You have no right man for killing this guy and if your day doesn't come on the street, it will when you're sent to hell for your evil ways. I can't believe Louisiana allows this kind of behavior.
Only in Louisiana, don't they make up their own laws there. Is that cop still working? He should be in prison for that one.
"taken out of context this must seem so strange." This deputy was urgently trying to get this guy to spit out a bag of dope in the hopes of saving his life.
