Police and fire briefs for July 20, 2009

Baton Rouge police on Sunday arrested a woman in a Feb. 1 shooting at the Brandywine Apartments. An arrest warrant says three people were in a vehicle leaving the parking lot of the complex at 4 p.m. when they saw two men arguing.
